The unified vision & sound to be found in The Spase is the pure result of an unbreakable bond between three lifelong friends with extraordinarily creative minds designed to make music.

Growing up together in Widnes, Cheshire, England, where they’re still proudly based out of to this very day – Andy Forrest (Vocals/Guitar), Peter Walker (Bass), and Simon Morris (Percussion/Guitar), have played in multiple bands throughout the years including The Utopians, and 20 While 40 – but it’s The Spase they call home.

Throughout the years to follow, the band continued to surge with spectacular results, releasing singles like “Somewhere” & “My Heart Will Always Orbit You” in 2018, “Footprints Of My Feet” in 2019, and last year’s “Sorry” in 2020 as they prepped new songs in behind the scenes for the highly anticipated release of their third official album. Excited to release their first full-length record in nearly four years and share a new set of powerfully gripping songs that are guaranteed to move the people out there, mind, body, & soul – The Spase are set to make their way to number one this year, with music you can’t help but love.

Originally formed in 2012, the trio of talents has taken exceptional care in crafting songs that genuinely hold up strong over time, refining the sound of their band to a perfect balance between accessibility & their own artistic desires. With versatile vibes that create an incredible hybrid between the realms of Alternative & Indie-Rock, infused with smooth rhythms & grooves, Pop-style melodies, and light acoustic cuts that generate an endearing edge & passionate sincerity within, The Spase took their time to develop their material with a professional approach & an independent spirit in effort to ensure their debut would make a true impact & establish their name on playlists worldwide.

When the time came to record their first record, On A Cloud, they were more than ready & fully loaded with highly impressive original cuts that put the authentic magic of their music on display for all to hear. From bold vocals & sparkling harmonies, to stunning musicianship & songwriting, On A Cloud set them on the path towards their future success, breaking essential ground in their potential and inspiring the band to exceed all expectations with their next release, which they did in 2017 with Either Side Of Right.

In a fantastic reveal of their dedication and commitment, the ten stunning songs on their second record instantly confirmed the exponential evolution occurring inside The Spase and how remarkably addictive their music was becoming, not only to play themselves, but for people listening all around the globe too.
